Once you have fully completed the Online Membership Application Form  -  press "submit", you will need to make a payment in one of the following ways.

1. If you use online banking or telephone banking then you can make a payment directly into our account using the bank details below. Make sure you put your name in the Reference so we know it's from you.

2. You can visit your own High Street Branch and ask them to make a transfer for you to the bank details below. Again, make sure you ask the bank to put your name as the Reference.

3. Cheques can be made payable to SDWA Ltd  - post to the address at the top of the application form.

                             Please make payment ASAP after submitting your application.

Applications for Membership (2022/23 season) will be accepted from Tuesday April 5th. 

Please note ALL applications must be submitted before August 1st 2022.

Do not use this form for membership renewal - new members only. The renewal form can be found in the members area.

You will notice that there are now more membership options. This change reflects the new arrangements when joining BASC for members with multiple club membership. You should have received an explanatory letter from BASC.

Please note - club rules state that you MUST be a BASC member. BASC membership can be included as part of the application process.

Junior members must have a Shotgun Certificate in their own name.
